I'm a little bit proud to admit that I came up with these birdies & nests-well sort of. I got the idea somewhere else, but entirely changed them around to work with what I had in my craft supply. The kids were very excited and I thought they turned out pretty darn cute! I love the big bulgy eyes, made with a pom-pom and puffy paint. It was fun because we also got to talk about nests and how birds create their homes using things found in nature.
