Since my 3 year old class doesn't technically graduate from preschool we do a party at the park together instead to celebrate a great year. The kids love the chance to celebrate any AND everything and so do I. We did a pot luck treat together and I brought ice-cream cone cupcakes. I remember having these at a party when I was little and thought they would be fun and yummy! The only problem is we get a lot of wind in our area and our party day was no exception....I think you get the picture. Doesn't work out so great with top heavy cones. Next time I'll need to make a cardboard cutout to stand them in. Also I gave buckets to the kids with treats/prizes inside that said: I DUG our year together--hope you have BUCKETS of fun this summer! I thought I was clever for coming up with the second part of it on my own---Ha!
