Spidey Science

We did our spider web experiment once again and learned about why spiders don't stick to their own web.  We used contact paper sticky side up and walked our fingers across it to feel how sticky it was.  Next we put a dab of oil on our fingers and walked our fingers across the "web" to see how the oils on spiders legs keep them from sticking.
